Who's advocating for you

Jemena is committed to putting customers at the heart of what we do. To accomplish this, we established a Customer Council (CC) for our Electricity Network in 2013.

The council is a consultative body which works with Jemena to achieve better outcomes for our customers.



The member organisations on the council act as customer advocates, representing customer interests to Jemena. These stakeholders include community organisations that deal with vulnerable customers, large customers, industry representative bodies and energy focused non-profits.
