Welcome to our 'Regulatory Proposal Public Forum and Consultation' page
In keeping with social distancing requirements to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Australian Energy Regulator has decided to move its Public Forum for the 2021-26 Victorian Electricity Distribution Business' Price Reset to an online platform.
Given the current circumstances, we are very supportive of this change in approach, as it creates a continued opportunity for interested stakeholders to observe the presentations they would have otherwise seen in the usual public setting, and ask any related questions.
The full online public forum can be found here and responses to all questions posed during the forum can be viewed here.
Alternatively, you can view Jemena Electricity Network's presentation and responses to questions posed to us specifically, by clicking on the buttons below.

'2019 Customer Engagement Award' winners!
We are so pleased to announce that Jemena's Electricity Network took home the '2019 Energy Networks Consumer Engagement Award' in recognition of our collaborative engagement with our People's Panel in the lead up to submitting our latest Regulatory Proposal.
To view our entry, along with a variety of initiatives from other organisations that are helping deliver a smarter grid to support the energy transformation and benefit consumers, click here.
Background
Jemena manages the electricity grid that powers over 330,000 customers in Melbourne's north and west.
We are part of a broader energy supply chain that spans electricity production to retailing, and our charges make up around 35% of a typical residential customer’s electricity bill.
Our 2021-2026 Regulatory Proposal is a summary of what we have learned from our customers, and how we have taken their feedback and built a strategy for our network.
