As the General Manager leading our electricity business I am responsible for making sure Jemena understands the different and changing needs of all our electricity customers, I am passionate about putting our customers first, so the Price Review presents an exciting opportunity to work with customers to change the way we do things to better meet their needs and to shape the future together.

As Customer Engagement Manager my role is to structure Jemena’s engagement so that we hear from as many customers as possible, that we engage in a way that is accessible and clearly understood, and that the lines of communication stay open, I want to hear from as many customers as I possibly can.

As the Manager responsible for Jemena’s electricity pricing and service plan submission, I am keenly aware that everything we do has to pass one crucial test, that it’s in the long-term interests of customers, clearly to do this I need to understand customer needs and views.
